Sorry, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO/RR addresses. We will not be held responsible for shipping delays due to US Customs delays, airline delays, trucking delays, strikes, or extreme weather conditions. Delays or damages that might possibly occur during shipping, we will process any refunds we receive from the shipper.
Cancellations/Deposits
We must have any canellations at least 72 hours before the shipping date for a full refund. Orders cancelled less than 72 hours may not receive a full refund. Deposits may be required on large orders.
Our Guarantee
We guarantee our flowers to arrive in good condition. If you are not satisfied, we must be notified within 24 hours after receipt of flowers - no exceptions.
